Hey everyone! Happy Easter (for this week)! As expected, new music has come out, with some interesting news, so let's get into it!NewsIt was Record Store Day two days ago (click here for their Instagram post), and, as per usual, there were RSD exclusive vinyl releases, like Bastille's Other People's Heartache, Bang Bang Romeo's Cemetery / Creep and Fatboy Slim's Right Here Right Now. These weren't the only releases though---there were lots and lots of other releases!
Meanwhile, Stormzy unfortunately cancelled a gig at the Snowbombing Festival due to what he believed to racial profiling.My manager and all my friends who were at the festival were racially profiled, targeted and aggressively handled because they had reason to believe someone was carrying a weapon.The festival later issued a statement saying that they were alerted to the possibility of someone carrying a weapon, and apologized to Stormzy.
And finally, a previous lost TV performance by The Beatles has been found. Uncovered by an organisation called Kaleidoscope, the footage was first shot by a family in Liverpool and handed off to a collector in Mexico! It was lost because it was recorded in 1996, and this was when videotape was kept.
