Yeah you're correct. I've just been mentally and physically exhausted lately like, just beyond stressed and burnt out

It is an ancient pool of water that is imbued with restorative properties. Uh, honestly I really don't like putting myself back in that negative headspace I used to be in. I try to stay away from that cause I feel like it's not good for me. I feel like it just, you know, manifests negativity in my life and it can block my blessings
I know you may not want to revisit these negative moments. They may be violent and angry, but it's imperative you acknowledge them, process them, and purge them.
